- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Disappointed with their service. Employees showed little to no compassion for anyone there and seemed quite judgmental. I asked about payment options as this was an emergency case and was told no because my dog wasn't having surgery. At the end of the appointment, I was asked if I wanted the Royal Canin food. I declined and paid for my bill. When I went to leave, they reminded me about the food. They had charged me for the case of food even though I had said I did not want it.
