  HORRIBLE. How are these guys even in business? Do they even sell insurance? Been over a week now trying to renew from out of province. (I can't drive back home without renewing and I've told them that!). Every time I call, I get passed around the office and finally when someone takes my call, I get a major runaround. Talked to THREE different brokers and while each one gives me a different story, they assure me that they will email the contract for me to sign, only for it not to come! Then when I call back, they're rude, tell me they have no record of my previous phone calls, that they don't have my updated phone number/email (which I've given multiple times) and essentially made to feel as if I am the one at fault. I told them I have my credit card in hand, I'm ready to pay and I need my insurance now! Why don't they want my money? Nothing but a bunch of snotty, under qualified, incompetent air-heads. Call them at your own risk. You have been warned!

  Worst company ever to deal with! I phone their office to resolve an issue and I get passed around from person to person. They don't know who I'm supposed to be talking with to resolve my issue? It's crazy! They take forever to get anything done and only after constant badgering by the customer do you get some action. Seriously consider going elsewhere as I'm certain the other insurers have customer service skills that easily top these guys!
